What can I say about myself?
I'm not a poet by education - "who is", you might ask!
I am what you might call a "naturalized poet"; i.e., the hardships and heart breaks of this life have turned me into one!

I was born in Tehran-Iran in 1962. I moved to Canada in 1983. Ever since, I've been living in Montreal, a city that I absolutely love and adore. I've been through a lot of emotional ups and downs, with the added spice of being away from my homeland!

I went through a break up 4 years ago (after 12 years of living together) and another one just recently (after 3 years of living together).

This second one truly broke my heart.
